Most schools already use Sporty for entering teams into competitions. For example, most schools are familiar with using Sporty TeamBuilder to enter teams into college rugby competitions or into netball competitions and tournaments.
From the start of 2025, College Sport Wellington, College Sport Auckland, and School Sport Canterbury will be using Sporty to manage the entry of teams and students into the competitions managed by these college sports organisations.
This provides some new enhancements for college sport, such as:
- Potential to use a Live Scoring App for live scoring and game results.
- Connect with Edge or KAMAR student management system to see the school roll in Sporty.
- Ability to simply drag & drop students into teams.
- Use the "Magic Link" method from Sporty to make it easy for students or parents/caregivers to self-register if you wish.
- Access other Sporty features such as e-Newsletters, group emails and www.chat2team.co.nz instant messaging.
